ECAP 6: Registration
To register for ECAP 6, please fill in the registration form.
Registration fees
Late registration (payment made after April 30th 2008)
Basic fee:
- Non-students: €220
- Students: €110
Full fee (including Congress Dinner):
- Non-students: €280
- Students: €170
There is no fee for accompanying persons.
Please notice that eligibility for student fee registration requires confirmation of student status (e.g., a copy of student ID or letter from supervisor faxed to +48 12 663 17 47).
The Basic registration fee covers participation in all sessions, Congress materials, including the Book of Abstracts, coffee breaks and the Welcome Reception.
The Full registration fee covers participation in all sessions, Congress materials, including the Book of Abstracts, coffee breaks and the Welcome Reception, as well as the Congress Dinner.
Cancellation policy
Changes and cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail, fax or post. If notification of cancellation is received before June 30th, 2008 the full amount of the registration fee will be reimbursed (minus a €20 handling fee). No claim for refunds will be accepted after June 30th, 2008.
All refunds will be issued after the Congress.
